We build OEM electric heaters for factories that need heat they can count on—again and again. And fast. Our standard build is simple on paper, but serious in practice: a 400V, 2500W tubular element, 300mm long. That combination packs a lot of heat into a small footprint, so you can hit a specific zone without having to overhaul the whole machine.
The power, voltage, and size—made practical
Running on 400V means you can go longer with your wiring while keeping the current lower for the same wattage. Less current, less heat in the wires. That matters when your machine bay is tight and you can’t afford hot wiring. And at 2500W, the output per length is steady. Predictable. So you can plan your temperature rise without crossing your fingers. The 300mm length is just… easy to work with. It fits cleanly, clamps down cleanly, and slips into tight spots without fighting the space.
What’s inside: halogen-quartz and the R7S connection
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it holds up when you keep heating up and cooling down. The internal halogen gas helps keep the filament from thinning out too fast, so resistance stays steady over time. Then there’s the R7S base—quick to wire, and it keeps the contact aligned. That matters because bad contact can create hot spots, and hot spots are the kind of problem you don’t want to discover mid-shift.
Built for the plant floor, built to drop in
These heaters are made for real plant conditions—compressed air lines nearby, hydraulics humming, dust floating in the air. And the compact size is a straight swap for existing OEM slots. No redesign needed. Just keep in mind: 2500W at 400V means you need a contactor that’s properly rated, and you need cooling that can handle the local heat buildup. Set that up, and you’ve got a heater that feels like it belongs there.
