What It’s Made Of
Inside, a halogen element sits in a quartz tube. That combo gives you stable output and shrugs off thermal shock. The halogen cycle keeps performance consistent, even when the heater is cycling on and off a lot. The R7s connector is just practical. It locks in solid, handles the current, and when it’s time to swap, it’s a simple drop-in job. No fuss.
Where It Shines—And What to Keep in Mind
This setup is made for workshop heaters, process pre-heating, and any equipment that needs concentrated infrared heat in a small package. The 2500W at 400V gives you serious heat, no question. But that also means the surrounding parts feel the warmth. Plan your airflow and shielding up front. If you don’t, you’ll shorten the life of nearby electronics and wiring.
