The shop-floor details you can’t skip
Installation is straightforward, but the lamp has to match the reflector geometry and the controller’s power stage. Confirm your socket type—often R7s—and make sure your heating zone can handle 2500W at 400V. Keep the lamp and reflector clean. Even a thin film of dust throws the heat field off. And when you swap it in, plan for proper shielding and PPE—quartz is brittle, and the surface gets hot fast.
